Match Lake: New Features for 2010
During December 2009 this lake was drained for cleaning and fish removal. 100 Carp weighing upto 30lb were removed and re-stocked into pit 7 along with over 60 Pike which were re-located into pit 6.
It is estimated that over 1500lbs of stock remained in this pit. To supplement this stock we have added over 1500lbs of fish upto 3.5lbs including Carp, Tench, Fi's Crucian Carp, Chubb, Roach and Perch. A further 1500lbs of Roach, Rudd and Perch will be added gradually upto April 2010.
The Match Pit is now available for club bookings so please contact us for details and prices. When not booked this water will be available to day ticket anglers although night fishing is no longer allowed.
